Demolition & Remediation Dumpster Rental
Heavier, dirtier, and it does not wait on a schedule.
Demolition and disaster remediation debris is what Trash King handles best. It is heavier, dirtier, and more unpredictable than a household cleanout, and it does not wait on a schedule. When a crew is standing in a gutted structure with nowhere to put the pile, the container is the job. We rent 15, 20, and 25 yard roll off dumpsters to demolition contractors, restoration companies, and property owners across Ada and Canyon County.
Same day delivery is subject to availability and costs nothing extra. Call 208-261-1017 or book online.
What We Do and What We Do Not Do
To be clear about scope: we supply the containers and haul the debris away. We are not the demolition contractor and we do not perform the teardown. If you are a homeowner looking for someone to gut a bathroom, you want a demo contractor, and we are happy to be the container on their job. If you are the contractor, we are the part of your job you should not have to think about.
Demolition Debris We Take
- Interior demolition: cabinets, countertops, flooring, drywall, framing, and fixtures
- Whole structure teardowns, including sheds, garages, carports, and outbuildings
- Roof tear offs, siding, and window replacement debris
- Deck, patio, fence, and hardscape removal
- Commercial tenant improvement and buildout demolition
- Mixed construction and demolition debris on active job sites
Heavy material loads differently than framing and drywall. Concrete, brick, block, tile, dirt, and asphalt are dense enough that a container can hit its weight limit long before it looks full. Tell us what is going in before you book and we will put the right size in front of you instead of letting you find out at pickup.
Disaster Remediation and Restoration Work
Remediation jobs run on a different clock. Water damage spreads while you wait, insurance adjusters want the scope documented, and the property owner is usually living somewhere else until it is done. Slow container service holds up everything behind it.
- Water and flood damage: saturated drywall, insulation, carpet, pad, and subfloor
- Fire and smoke damage: charred framing, contents, and demolition of affected areas
- Storm and wind damage cleanup, including downed trees and structural debris
- Mold remediation debris from contained tear outs
- Hoarder property and severe neglect cleanouts
- Estate and post loss full property cleanouts
Some remediation debris is regulated and cannot go in a standard roll off. Asbestos containing material, and anything a certified abatement contractor has bagged for disposal, has to be handled under its own rules. Tell us what the scope is and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot take.

Container Rotation for Contractors
A demolition job does not fill one container and stop. If you are running a job site that needs boxes swapped on a schedule rather than called in one at a time, call us directly and we will set up the rotation around your timeline. Same day service on request means a full container does not become the reason your crew stands around.
Not sure which size fits your job?Tell us what you are clearing out and we will size it with you. It takes about two minutes.
Call 208-261-1017Book OnlinePlacement on a Demolition Site
Most deliveries go straight onto the driveway or the job site itself, which needs no permit. On a teardown the container usually wants to sit as close to the structure as the truck can safely get, so the crew is not carrying material across a lot. If the box has to sit in the public right of way, the city may require a permit. Call before you book and we will tell you how your address should be handled.
Where Demolition Debris Goes
Ada County loads go to the Ada County Landfill on Seaman’s Gulch Road northwest of Boise. Canyon County loads go to the Canyon County Pickles Butte Landfill on Missouri Avenue south of Nampa. You do not sort the load, make the run, or deal with the scale house. Disposal is part of the rental.
A few things cannot go in a roll off container anywhere in Idaho, including paint, solvents, oil, batteries, tires, and appliances containing refrigerant. If you are not sure about something in the pile, ask before it goes in the box. It is a faster conversation than a rejected load.
Where We Deliver
We run demolition and remediation containers throughout the Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Middleton, Garden City, and Melba. See all service areas.
